Select the product category that best describes your item. If your item doesn't fit into any of the categories listed please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Add a title, description and other info depending on the product category selected

The title is the name of the product (eg. Osprey Fairview 40 litre backpack) and will be visible on the gear listings page. Try to be as descriptive as possible within the item description and ensure the brand name, model name and size are included. Also include any additional information you feel might be important to the renter.

Add your location postcode

Remember to only add the postcode, not the full address. Once you accept a booking request you can use the platform messaging feature to share a suitable collection address or location with the renter.

Set the item price

This depends on the product type, brand and value. You can take a look at our FAQs for some pricing guidance. The price must be £5 or greater per day.

Set the item availability

Click 'set default schedule' then select all the days in the week and confirm. Once you've done this you'll be able to add availability exceptions via a calendar feature (dates when the item is unavailable for rent). Renters are able to book up to 3 months in advance so the calendar booking system won't show dates beyond 3 months into the future.

Add good quality images

Please add at least three good quality images of the item, showing it from different angles to give as much information as possible to potential renters. For tents it's also good to add a screenshot of the floor plan (which you can usually find on the manufacturer's website).

Check your listing!

You can edit your listing by clicking on the 'edit listing' link. Keep an eye out for booking requests and remember to respond to them in a timely fashion.
